IMDEA Nanociencia welcomes the students of the 4ESO+Empresa programme

IMDEA Nanociencia welcomes today the students from the 4ESO+Empresa programme of Comunidad de Madrid. This initiative is a programme of the Dirección General de Educación de la Comunidad de Madrid, and its objective is to bring closer the educational system and the professional world through educational internship, preparing the students to make better decisions regarding their academic and professional future. For the students, this opportunity means an immersion in an adult working environment. They are treated as an equal employee, but making emphasis on the educational part and in the training of the social and behaviour skills in the professional world.

Since 2014, IMDEA Nanociencia has been part of this programme. It has already hosted 11 students from 4ESO educational level. This academic year 2017-2018 our institute will host 3 students from IES Ramiro de Maeztu, 4 students from IES San Isidro Madrid, and 1 student from IES Rosa Chacel Colmenar Viejo; a total of 8 new students from Comunidad de Madrid.
