Application for scholarships is available for a limited number of students

Scholarship support

Registration: Fee waiver, with the same coverage as in regular registration
Accommodation: Full accommodation support will be given only if you accommodate in Colegio Mayor Juan Luis Vives (Calle Francisco Suárez, 7, 28036 Madrid). Otherwise, only partial support will be given, based on the total number of scholarships.

Fee and accommodation for applicants to scholarship must be paid by the attendant. Reimbursement instructions will be given to students who finally grant scholarship.

If you book at residence Juan Luis Vives, you will be able to pay using the Ex Ordo conference platform (this is the only residence for which payment can be done through Ex Ordo platfomr). In this case you will have to write to asking for activation code to proceed with the payment. This residence has a limited number of rooms for the conference. If you fail to accommodate in this residence, you will have to look for accommodation on your own. In order to book at Colegio Mayor Juan Luis Vives residence, send email to

Scholarship does not cover:

  • Travel Arrangements
  • VISA application costs.
  • Insurance.
  • Local taxi or other transportation during the conference.
  • Meals others than those included in the Registration.
  • Any other expenses.


Students applying for scholarship must register and pay before 2nd June. After final decision, students granted with scholarship will receive instructions on how to access the support.

Applying for scholarship

Scholarship candidates must fill in the following form and click Send. A certificate (PDF file) from the candidate’s institution confirming your student condition, must be sent by mail to before deadline, otherwise this application will not be valid. This certificate must be signed by your institution, and the original copy will be asked by organizers upon your arrival.
