Registration important dates

All delegates must register through the Registration Platform (see below). We recommend that you carefully read the following terms before filling in the registration form. If you pay with credit card, this electronic transaction is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

Registration will open on  April 10th 2019

Early registration: From April 10th to May 10th 2019 (24h, CET).
Regular registration: From May 11th  to June 2nd 2019 (24 h CET)

All fees stated include VAT (IVA).

Registration fee includes:

  • Access to all Scientific Sessions
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Access to the Poster-beer Sessions and Coffee Breaks
  • Admission to the Social Events: Conference dinner
  • Digital copy of the Abstract Book

The conference registration fee does not include accommodation and travel arrangements. Accompanying person fee includes poster-beer sessions, coffee breaks, and conference dinner.

Registration Platform can be accessed through the webpage or by clicking this link:

  • All payments must be done in EUR.
  • Payment must be made in advance of the conference, according to deadlines indicated above.
  • The Registration Platform provides direct VISA Credit Card payment, as well as Bank Transfer option. Cash, bank drafts and checks are not accepted.
  • If you choose Bank Transfer, ensure that you fill in all the information required in the Registration Platform. Bank account information will be found both in the Registration Platform and will be included in your receipt.
  • We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
  • VAT follows Spanish legislation (IVA) and is already included in the fee.
  • On-site payment will be on a one-by-one basis only for exceptional cases and an extra 70 € will be charged to the corresponding
    regular registration fee. On-site registration will be available exclusively by VISA card. Cash, bank drafts and checks are not accepted

Notification of cancellation must be made by sending an email to the conference secretariat:
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until June 2nd, 2019. Up to that date the total amount will be refunded except for a cancellation fee of 70 €.
We regret that no refunds will be accepted for cancellations made after Juni 2nd, 2019.

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. In that case, please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible.
